overview:

The Universal 9000 Installation application is browser-based and was done using DHTML, Javascript and Flash. It was developed for Nortel field technicians to use on-site while installing the Universal 9000 hardware. The application contains several documents in PDF format. Flash animations are incorporated to illustrate difficult to describe procedures as well as to test technicians understanding of the various procedures.

responsibilities:

• Developed Flash template and main user interface for modules.
• Collaborated on programming various installation modules using Flash.
• Setup HTML template pages for various sections.
• Consulted on implementing CSS and Javascript cookies for the application.
• Published several pages with links to various PDF documents.
